We don’t just sell coffee—we guide you through a flavor journey. Every coffee is categorized into one of four directions (Gold, Red, Blue, Black) so you can explore intentionally, not randomly.

What are the four flavor directions?

Gold → Smooth / Light
Red → Fruity / Bright
Blue → Clean / Floral
Black → Deep / Bold

Think of it as a compass for your taste—helping you discover what you truly enjoy.

Are your coffees single origin?

Yes. We focus on single-origin beans to highlight the unique characteristics of each region, farm, and processing method.

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast in small batches and ship shortly after roasting to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.

What is the Coffee Passport?

The Coffee Passport is your personal record of exploration. Each coffee you try becomes part of your journey—helping you track preferences and discover new favorites.

Do I get a physical passport?
We start with a digital experience, with plans to introduce a physical passport as the journey evolves.

How do I know which direction to choose?

Start anywhere. If you:
Like light, easy drinking → try Gold
Enjoy fruity acidity → try Red
Prefer tea-like clarity → try Blue
Love bold, intense coffee → go Black

How often do you release new coffees?
We rotate coffees regularly to keep the experience fresh and exploratory.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Our subscription is designed as a guided journey, introducing you to different flavor directions over time.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within a few days after roasting.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

What grind size should I choose?

Whole Bean → best for freshness (recommended)
Filter / Pour-over → medium grind
Espresso → fine grind

I’m new to specialty coffee—where should I start?
Start with Gold or Blue. These are typically more approachable and highlight clarity and balance.

Yes—and that’s the point. Each coffee is meant to be a distinct experience, not just another bag of beans.
